Order Placement
- We accept orders only from Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Pondichery, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh
- Minimum order value for TamilNadu is INR 3000/- and for other states, the minimum order value will be INR 5000/-
- Crackersshope do not ship crackers to the cities where crackers are banned
- You can use the website to check desired products in cart and drop your enquiry.
- Once we receive the enquiry, our customer care executive will call you to confirm and provide you with the delivery details within 24 hours.
Payment Policies
- Products will be dispatched only after the entire payment is made.
- Prices quoted are inclusive of taxes, delivery charges and Packing.
- Prices may change subject to the right owned by the crackersshope.com
- After checkout, you will receive the order digital copy and payment details in your mail.
Cancellation & Refund
- 15% cancellation charges will be collected if confirmed order is cancelled after processing. (i.e., only 85% of the paid money will be refunded).
- A customer has to bear the delivery charges in case of cancellation
Shipping & Delivery
- Doorstep delivery is applicable for all orders above Rs 25000 (Location Based)
- Delivery is done by third party agencies.
- On every Giftbox order, delivery charges should be barred by the customer.
- Availability of doorstep delivery to other regions of Tamil Nadu depends on the pin code of the area.
- If your pin code does not lie within the range, then you will be instructed to collect the parcels from the parcel services.
- We do not take responsibility for any damages/product missing incurred by transport. However, we will try and deliver the products without any damage by our continuous and vigilant monitoring.
- Goods will be packed only in special cartons.
